What is the role of business in promoting a flourishing civil society?  How should business and enterprise be constrained to prevent social harm? At its core, a business creatively solves problems and provides for our needs, while generating employment that sustains individuals and families. At the same time, many have critiqued business for outsourcing jobs overseas, allowing new forms of technology to undermine human dignity, and expanding in ways that hurt competition and create barriers to entry through crony practices.
