The Use and Abuse of Anti-Discrimination Law: On Private Property and the Free Exercise of Religion

Day 2
Session 1
10:20 AM

This lecture explores the uses--and abuses--of anti-discrimination law, especially as applied to sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) laws. It highlights how these laws create not only religious liberty violations, but harm the common good in a variety of other ways.
