Many of today's most contentious religious liberty debates are really the result of misguided, and sometimes misapplied, anti-discrimination statutes. This lecture explores the uses--and abuses--of anti-discrimination law, especially as applied to sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) laws. It highlights how these laws create not only religious liberty violations, but harm the common good in a variety of other ways.
