Rev. Andrew Fryml

Fr. Andrew Fryml, whose ministry is grounded in a steadfast dedication to priestly leadership in Catholic schools, serves as the Pastoral Coordinator of Catholic Education and Campus Ministry for the Diocese of Charleston, South Carolina. This past fall, he completed a qualitative study that interviewed sixteen priests in one diocese across three generations, describing their perceptions of the roles and responsibilities of a parochial school pastor. After recently completing his Ed.D from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, he is supporting and mentoring pastors, vicars, and chaplains of Catholic schools, and developing a long-term plan to prepare seminarians for Catholic school leadership.
