With more than 13 years of experience in the sector, Micah Crist currently serves as HOPE International’s senior director of microfinance based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Prior to moving back to Lancaster, Micah served for over 5 years as the managing director of HOPE’s microfinance institution in Congo-Brazzaville, where he supported significant expansion of HOPE’s operations in the country. Through his work at HOPE, Micah has the privilege to live out his passion for business solutions that address the holistic nature of poverty in a broken world in need of restoration.
