Lee Dranikoff

Lee Dranikoff is the Chair of the Board of Hillel International, the world’s largest Jewish campus organization. Lee is also the founder of The Op Academy, a private equity focused professional development company. Prior to that, Lee was a Managing Director at American Securities, a private equity firm based in New York. Lee started his business career at McKinsey &. Co.. In addition to his work with Hillel, Lee is the immediate past Chair of the Board of the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. Lee graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. and M.A. in Economics and graduated with a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School.
