The Pursuit of Happiness: How Does the Economy Help the Good Life

In this lecture, I will connect Aristotle's account of happiness with modern sociological and psychological surveys of happiness, and explain how they overlap and differ. I will then explore how our work, especially in a high tech information economy, can contribute to both our happiness, and the happiness of others.
