Robert Joustra, Ph.D. is director of the Centre for Christian Scholarship, and assistant professor of politics & international studies at Redeemer University College. He earned his Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Bath. He is a fellow with the Institute for Global Engagement and the Center for Public Justice. He is co-editor of God and Global Order (2010), and The Church's Social Witness (2016), co-author of The Church and Religious Persecution (2015), and How to Survive the Apocalypse (2016), and author of the forthcoming The Religious Problem with Religious Freedom (July 2017). His articles and reviews appear in The Washington Post, The Globe & Mail, Books & Culture and more.
